They say any good fruit requires two main components: Soil and seed. The story for 300 Sports starts with Shaun’s parents (soil). Both of his parents were born and raised in South Africa and grew up in Apartheid. His father was a dual sports star in South Africa, playing both cricket and soccer. Due to Apartheid, he was not allowed to play for the country or play internationally (seed). Due to a nursing shortage in the early 70’s, Shaun’s parents were sponsored by Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas to immigrate to the land of opportunity in 1971.

Due to these struggles and adversities, Shaun was raised very differently than most. Shaun was raised in a household where athletics and education were intertwined into his daily life and those of his two siblings. Shaun’s earliest childhood memories are of playing soccer at the age of 4 and going to his first Dallas Cowboys Game in 1984. Shaun’s dad was a season ticket holder for the Dallas Cowboys for over 25 years. As a result, Shaun grew up at Texas Stadium, watching all the great Cowboys teams of the 1990’s and went to his first Super Bowl in Atlanta in 1994.

Shaun saw things differently and pursued life from a different vantage point, always being the one who was the out-of-the-box thinker. Due to this difference and passion, Shaun graduated with his Juris Doctorate Degree from Texas A&M School of Law in 2004 and opened the Naidoo Law Firm in 2005 the day after he passed the Bar Exam. Thirteen years later, the Naidoo Law Firm has stood the test of time and continued to grow, develop, and help thousands of people.

The last 13 years of experience in building a law firm from scratch and representing thousands of clients in the courtroom inspired Shaun to pursue a new opportunity as a Sports Agent in the NFL. On October 1, 2017, Shaun was officially certified by the NFLPA.

Shaun’s legal expertise has afforded him the opportunity to work in many different areas of the law such as criminal justice, personal injury, entertainment, family, juvenile, and immigration. His vast array of experiences has given him a unique and diverse approach to the practice of law.

Shaun’s history has made him a strong leader in the community and a voice to be heard. His civic engagements include serving in capacities such as Advisor to the Board for Christ for the Nations Institute, Advisor for Richland Community College, and member of the Board of Directors for the New Beginning Center Domestic Violence Shelter. Shaun is also active in the NAACP, having been the keynote speaker for multiple Legal Redress Seminars and has been recognized as an Outstanding Attorney by the NAACP for his exemplary service to the Community. Recently, Mr. Naidoo was also chosen to be on the Transition Team of the newly appointed District Attorney, Faith Johnson in Dallas County, Texas.

Shaun is also a member of the State Bar of Texas and a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity. Shaun is an international businessman, proud youth sports coach, and loving husband. He is married to Tina Naidoo, the Executive Director of the nationally acclaimed Texas Offender Reentry Initiative. Together, they have 3 beautiful, gifted children.
