SHAUN NAIDOO, ESQ.
Owner & Founder
Almost two decades of experience in building a law firm from scratch, representing thousands of clients in the courtroom, as well as his degreed background in accounting, inspired Shaun to found 300 Sports. Shaun is certified by the Texas Supreme Court and by the NFLPA.
Shaun is also a member of the State Bar of Texas, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. and a proud legal advisor for the NAACP Garland Chapter. Shaun sat on the board for numerous organizations including a domestic violence shelter, a community college and a bible college. Shaun is an international businessman, proud youth sports coach, and loving husband. He is married to Tina Naidoo, the Executive Director of the nationally acclaimed Texas Offender Reentry Initiative. Together, they have 3 beautiful, gifted children.

VALENCIA NAIDOO
Head of Basketball Operations | NBPA Certified Sports Agent
Valencia was born and raised in Rowlett, Texas, but her family hails from Durban, South Africa. In the Firm’s early days, she would intern every summer at the Naidoo Law Firm. Then she became a practicing Associate Attorney in November 2012. She now handles a majority of the civil cases that come into the Naidoo Law Firm. During her time in law school, Valencia studied at BPP Law School in London, England, and at Universiteit Leiden in Leiden, The Netherlands. Her studies abroad focused on European Union Law, Competition Law, International Dispute Resolution, and Tort Law. Valencia prides herself on being candid to all clients as she breaks down the entire legal process and navigates them to resolution of their case. In her free time, Valencia is an avid world traveler, an active member of the Junior League of Dallas and Shoreline City Church, an Equestrian Assistant at the Texas Horse Park’s Horse Therapy organization, Equest and a foster dog mom for DFW RescueMe. An avid fan of her hometown Dallas Mavericks, Valencia has had a lifelong love of basketball.

Renowned Athletic Trainer
Ronnie Braxton’s passion for helping others extends beyond helping them to achieve their maximum athletic potential. Braxton has prepared some of the greatest athletes on the planet for battle. His work with thousands of athletes includes individuals from the NFL, MLB, MLS, and NBA. He comes highly recommended by N.Y. Mets scout, Max Semler, and NFL scout, Alonzo Highsmith, along with many others.

RANDY NAIDOO, MD
Physician
Dr. Naidoo’s love for sports took him to the University of Miami Florida to walk-on and play three years of football under Coach Butch Davis and his position coach, Chuck Pagano, formerly head coach of the Indianapolis Colts.

Jonathan Walker, M.D., M.S., BCN, QEEG-D
Board Certified Neurologist
Dr. Walker is a nationally recognized pioneer in the field of neurotherapy who has researched in other medical areas. In addition to seeing patients in the clinic, Dr. Walker interprets test results for other neurofeedback practitioners in the United States and other countries, offering protocols for QEEG-guided neurofeedback training to remediate the growing number of medical conditions for which that treatment is dramatically effective.
